Job summary

RaptorTech Recruitment Ltd. is partnering with a Norwich-based business to appoint a Technology Director. You will lead Data, AI, Infrastructure and Development teams, owning the technology roadmap and ensuring platforms support growth. You will advocate technology across the company, collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive efficiency and commercial value.

The role involves shaping the future technology strategy and has potential progression to C-Suite within a scaling organisation.

Qualifications

Experience leading a broad technology function or major transformation.
Strong understanding of software, cloud and infrastructure.
Good knowledge of data, architecture and integrations.
Practical experience with AI, automation and emerging technology.
Experience building and delivering technology roadmaps.
Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence working with senior leaders and clients.

Responsibilities

Lead Data, AI, Infrastructure and Development teams.
Own the technology roadmap and ensure scalable platforms for growth.
Act as an ambassador for technology across the business.
Work with senior stakeholders to identify efficiency gains, value creation and client opportunities.
