A leading health charity in London is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager to coordinate and oversee delivery on the Workday product roadmap. The ideal candidate should have experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, strong project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. This role is crucial in supporting the charity's strategic goals in health innovation and research.
As a Technology Delivery Manager, supporting the work of our Technology Enabling Functions Portfolio, you'll be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of capability and services on our Workday (BHF's HR system) product roadmap. Ensuring compliance with company policies, you'll also make sure teams operate efficiently by coordinating resources, managing workflows, and maintaining delivery momentum to achieve BHF's strategic goals. As part of our Technology department, you'll play an integral role in helping to deliver our overall organisational strategy, which is to support research and innovation and to help people affected by heart and circulatory disease.

As our ideal candidate, you'll have:
Able to handle blockers and adjust plans when needed, you'll be able to translate user requirements into technical solutions, balance multiple priorities, manage ambiguity, and deliver results on time and within budget. You'll also have strong stakeholder management experience, matched by previous experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
