Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in London is partnering with a leading global technology and professional services organisation to recruit Technology Delivery Managers across mid-level and senior consultant roles. You will coordinate with Product Owners, Project Managers and technical teams to deliver complex technology solutions, across cloud and SaaS environments.

• Experience delivering across the technology delivery lifecycle in public sector or consulting.
• Background in project or programme delivery, technology, design, QA or related.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Practical experience with Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, BAs and technical teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Manage relationships with clients, internal teams and senior stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Translate business requirements into actionable documentation and delivery plans.
• Support delivery of complex technology solutions across cloud and SaaS environments.
• Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies as required by the client.
• Identify risks and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Mentor junior team members and share delivery best practices.
• Utilise Jira, Confluence, Visio and Excel for delivery management.
• Engage with emerging technologies including GenAI tooling in delivery.
• Analyse data to support informed decision making.

Technology Delivery Manager - SC Cleared

£55,000 to £75,000 plus benefits

I’m currently working with a leading global technology and professional services organisation that is growing its delivery capability across a range of UK public sector and health clients.

They are looking for Technology Delivery Manager’s across Mid-Level and Senior Consultant.

What you’ll be doing as a Technology Delivery Manager:

• Working closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, technical teams and subject matter experts to deliver technology solutions
• Managing relationships with internal teams, clients and senior stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Translating business requirements into clear, actionable documentation and delivery plans
• Supporting the delivery of complex technology solutions across cloud and SaaS environments
• Working across Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies depending on the client and programme
• Identifying delivery risks, solving problems and ensuring effective communication across project teams
• Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team
• Using delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio and Excel
• Working with emerging technologies, including GenAI and Agentic AI tooling, within technology delivery
• Analysing data and project information to support informed decision making

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working across the technology delivery lifecycle within the public sector or consulting
• A background in project or programme delivery, technology, development, design, QA or a similar environment
• Experience working with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Practical experience with Agile delivery
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working on complex technology solutions, ideally across cloud or SaaS environments
• The ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical delivery outcomes
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud would be beneficial
• Experience with DevOps environments or tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker or Kubernetes would be advantageous
• SC Clearance is required

What’s on offer:

• £55,000 to £75,000 basic salary, depending on experience
