As a Technology Delivery Lead, you'll play a key role in making that happen. You'll lead the technology delivery of mergers and acquisitions within our Diagnostics and Secondary Care business, helping newly acquired healthcare organisations successfully integrate into Bupa. This is an opportunity to lead complex, high-profile programmes that directly support the growth of our healthcare services. You'll work across technology, change and business teams to deliver technology solutions that create value for colleagues, clinicians and customers. From shaping delivery roadmaps to ensuring successful implementation and business readiness, you'll have end-to-end ownership of initiatives that have a real impact on healthcare delivery. We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together, navigating complexity and creating clarity. You'll lead through collaboration, helping teams deliver great outcomes while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and shared success.
