Arcadis is seeking a senior leader to lead and assure the delivery of a North American portfolio of Data Centre projects. You will mobilize project teams, mentor professionals, and drive high-quality outputs in alignment with client commitments and Arcadis standards.

The role requires deep data centre market understanding, executive stakeholder engagement, and the ability to travel across the United States to support delivery teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Senior leadership experience of programmes, portfolios or multi-project delivery
• 5 years of Data centre, mission-critical or comparable capital-sector experience preferred
• Chartership or accreditation such as MRICS, MCIOB, PMP, PgMP or APM desirable

Role description:

Lead and assure delivery of a portfolio of Data Centre projects across North America, strengthening performance, consistency and client confidence. This senior leadership role is critical to mobilizing project teams, training, mentoring and developing cost, schedule and program management professionals, and driving consistent high-quality outputs from delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the data centre market, coupled with the ability to engage with client stakeholders to provide confidence in delivery outcomes and demonstrate effective leadership of our delivery teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience in Senior leadership of programmes, portfolios or multi-project delivery.
• 5 years of Data centre, mission-critical or comparable capital-sector experience preferred.
• Chartership or accreditation such as MRICS, MCIOB, PMP, PgMP or APM desirable.
• Complex capital portfolio experience across dispersed teams.
• Credible executive client and stakeholder leadership.
• Proven governance, assurance and performance improvement.
• Strong project controls, risk, quality, commercial and resource expertise.
• Matrix leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Effective intervention in challenging delivery environments.
• Ability and willingness to travel across the United States to support delivery teams.
• Proven commitment to health, safety, sustainability, and the efficient delivery of large-scale technology infrastructure projects.
