Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in Cardiff is seeking a Technology & Data Analyst to oversee technology across the business, not a traditional helpdesk role. You’ll partner with leadership to improve systems, data, reporting and AI adoption.

You’ll build Power BI reports and dashboards, support Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams users, and help drive technology and business improvement projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Tech/ Data/ Business Analyst or a similar position
• Strong Microsoft365 knowledge
• Excellent communication, willingness to learn, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging technologies

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technology contact within the office.
• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams users.

Technology & Data Analyst | Cardiff 3 days a week| Up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits

We're supporting a growing, purpose-led organisation looking to hire a Technology & Data Analyst to become the face of technology across the business. This is not a traditional helpdesk role. Instead, you'll work closely with colleagues, technology partners and leadership teams to improve systems, data, reporting and AI adoption across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as the go-to technology contact within the office
• Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams users
• Building Power BI reports and dashboards
• Working with stakeholders to improve processes and data flows
• Supporting AI and automation initiatives using tools such as Copilot
• Managing relationships with external technology providers
• Helping drive technology and business improvement projects

What we are looking for:
