The opportunity:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Consulting Leader to join us as a Partner to lead our Life Sciences Commercial Technology practice.

This role focuses on leveraging technology to enable data-driven business transformation within the Life Sciences Commercial sector. We aim to be leaders in the Veeva commercial sector; hence, the ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of Veeva and other commercial technology solutions in the industry. Strong consulting and leadership skills are essential to guide clients through complex transformations.

Your key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership:
   • Lead the development and execution of the technology consulting strategy for the Life Sciences Commercial Technology practice.
   • Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives and market trends.
2. Client Engagement:
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with key senior clients, understanding their challenges and providing advisory and technology solutions.
   • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation of innovative technologies to enhance commercial effectiveness.
   • Bring EY Thought Leadership and collaboration to help clients solve challenges and drive growth.
3. People Development:
   • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of consultants, fostering collaboration, innovation, inclusiveness, and diversity.
   • Provide training on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
4. Business Development & Partnerships:
   • Drive business development by identifying and converting new opportunities.
   • Leverage partner relationships to bring value to clients and partners.
5. Market Insights:

   Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the sector.

Skills and attributes for success:

• Extensive proven experience in technology consulting within the Life Sciences industry in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of the commercial landscape from business and technology perspectives.
• Track record of leading successful consulting engagements and managing client relationships.
• Experience working with and developing external partnerships with Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with commercial transformation technologies, data analytics, and major CRM systems relevant to life sciences.
