Technology Change Programme Manager, Must have worked on large scale and complex technology change programmes in a SaaS environment and have a good understanding of the SDLC. Home Based. Salary in the range of c £ 85000 - 95000 + benefits. Energy domain experience an advantage.

Software technology company that is going through an exciting period of change is looking for an experienced Technology Programme Manager with strong change / transformation management experience to join their team. In this critical role you will communicate with multiple stakeholders and deliver a range of change focused projects. An excellent communicator you will have started your career in a hands on technology role (and will have a good understanding of the SDLC) before moving into change project and programme management.

Candidates without knowledge of large scale and complex change projects (organisational change, process change and architectural change, etc) in a SaaS environment cannot be considered.

Roles And Responsibilities Include -

• Working with the Head of Architecture, deliver a range of change Programmes across the company.
• Work with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Understand and deliver projects that will effect architecture, the organisation and process.
• Deliver programmes in a regulated environment.
• Work on large, complex programmes of work in a SaaS environment.
• Manage external vendors.
• Produce detailed Statement of Works.
  
  

Experience Required -

• Strong experience managing change programmes in a large and complex SaaS environment.
• Experience working in a high profile role with board level exposure.
• Experience managing change in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability managing change programmes that effect organisational changes, architectural changes, process changes whilst keeping up with regulatory changes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing external vendors.
  
  

This role is key to a large programme of work. Reporting into and working closely with the Head of Architecture you will deliver a change programme that will effect the whole business. You must have therefore worked in a similar role and have proven experience managing complex change in a SaaS environment.
