The Role

As Technology Business Partner Lead, you will bridge Group Technology and the wider business, leading a team of Technology Business Partners and QA professionals. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to identify opportunities for improving business output through strategic use of technology and promote a culture of tech awareness and adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead and develop a team of five tech business partners and QA professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Strategic Partnership: Liaise between technology and business units, collaborating with senior leaders to prioritize technology initiatives that drive growth and efficiency, providing strategic insights.
  • Change Management: Increase tech awareness and adoption, developing training programs to enhance tech proficiency.
  • Technology Change Requests: Translate business needs into technical requirements, design solutions, and manage project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high standards in technology solutions, implementing best QA practices.
Candidate Profile
