Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in the UK is hiring experienced Insurance Architects at Consultant and Associate Manager levels to join our high-impact UK Insurance Architecture team. You will work with leading insurers, supporting technology decisions and large-scale transformation programs across cloud, data platforms, and AI initiatives.

Hybrid role available in Bath, Bristol or London with mobility up to client needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of technology experience with architecture focus.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with technology solutions.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Genuine interest in AI and GenAI and their impact on insurance/FS.
• Experience in insurance/financial services or regulated industries is desirable.
• Desire to develop deep architectural expertise for insurance tech.

This role involves complex, high-profile transformation programmes covering cloud transformation, digital underwriting, claims transformation, modern data platforms and large-scale technology re-platforming. We are a small, high-impact architecture team working on industry-shaping transformation programmes and major technology decisions, with opportunities to work across cutting-edge technologies including AI and GenAI, deepen your architectural specialism, contribute to technology strategy and industry thought leadership, and build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. The role is available from Bath, Bristol or London with hybrid working arrangements, and may require up to 100% mobility depending on client and project requirements.
