We're looking for a visionary yet hands-on Technology & Data Director on a 12 months fixed term contract to lead the tech evolution of H&B&Meour hyper-personalised digital wellness platform. You'll drive strategy and execution to create secure, scalable, and seamless experiences across web and mobile, while embedding innovation through AI, data, and tech infrastructure.

The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the technology and data strategy for H&B&Me, aligning to commercial and mission goals.
• Architect secure, scalable digital ecosystems for D2C and B2B users.
• Build and lead high-performing in-house and external tech/data teams.
• Ensure compliance with NHS, GDPR, ISO27001, and digital health regulations.
• Drive innovation through AI integration and health data personalisation.
• Oversee partner management, budget ownership, and operational excellence.
• Support international scale-up and localisation of platforms.
  
  

Location:

This role is based in London, and may be required to occasionally travel to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the offices.

The Person

Key Requirements:

• Proven leadership in scaling tech functions in health tech or regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, API development, data governance, and compliance.
• Experience delivering secure, compliant digital platforms across multiple markets.
• Strategic thinker with strong technical execution and cross-functional collaboration skills.
