Job Description

Becoming part of the UK team in our Technology Advisory capability will present new opportunities for you to make a positive impact as we embark on securing major international accounts in our top 20 clients.

This will mean working with our FTSE100 clients and beyond on a wide range of advisory projects, bringing deep business and technology expertise to help address opportunities and challenges across their organisations.

We are looking for talented and experienced Architecture Management Consultants across various levels of seniority that are confident and capable of being a key trusted advisor to clients from the outset – Managers, Senior Managers or Associate Partners.

• Technology Strategy & Architecture: Analysing client and customer needs and developing technology roadmaps and business cases.
• Technology Driven Transformation: Working as a key technical lead on complex technology transformations.
• Enterprise Architecture Augmentation: Acting as part of our clients’ architecture teams to provide added capacity or expertise.
• Technology Lifecycle Management: Working on specific challenges around upgrade or risk management of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Client engagement lead: Lead strategy and architecture engagements, delivering strategic recommendations and guidance.
• Business development: Lead and support sales activity, including pre-sales support and identification of opportunities.
• Thought leadership & proposition ownership: Develop architecture related propositions and share knowledge.
• People development: Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Maintain expertise: Stay current with market technologies relevant to client challenges.

Qualifications

• Significant consulting experience, client-facing stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstratable proficiency in technology strategy and architecture.
• Technical understanding and experience of working on one or multiple Architecture domain areas.
• Familiarity with enterprise application stacks.
• Familiarity with hyperscale cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of emerging efficiency driving technologies.
• Ability to manage complex programmes and projects.
• Proven aptitude in business development.

Desirable Qualifications

• Platforms: Any certifications in relation to SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce.
• Cloud: Any certification across common cloud providers.
• Change Delivery: Agile PM, Scaled Agile, SCRUM Master, APM, PMP, Prince.
• Service Management: ITIL v 3 or 4 focus.
