You’ll manage product compliance, safety, and quality from concept through to customer use, working closely with Buying, Merchandising, and Design teams, as well as third-party suppliers. The role involves overseeing product testing, supplier management, and technical processes — ensuring everything meets both legal requirements and premium brand standards.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in technical roles within hard goods, homeware, or lifestyle categories
Strong knowledge of product safety, quality, and legal compliance
Confident communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience managing suppliers and outsourced production
Familiar with sustainability, CSR, and ethical standards
