Senior Process Technologist – Innovation & Process Engineering

Are you ready to be the link between product innovation and world class manufacturing?

We are working with a leading manufacturing business undergoing significant investment and innovation. As part of their continued transformation, they are looking to appoint a SeniorProcessTechnologist – this is very much a Process Engineering bias role and a key role in ensuring that product development is seamlessly and efficiently transferred to factory production.

This is a strategic and hands on role suited to someone who thrives in cross functional teams, understands process parameters, and can translate new ideas into shop floor solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the execution of new product and process innovations on site

  • Optimise and validate manufacturing process parameters to ensure product quality and efficiency

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of processes and technologies

  • Act as the bridge between Factory Operations, Engineering, and R&D/Product Development

  • Support the delivery of capital projects and pilot trials

  • Influence change and lead technical improvements on the production line

What We’re Looking For
  • A background in Process, Manufacturing or Production Engineering

  • Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a similar high-volume, regulated environment

  • A strong understanding of automation, manufacturing technologies, and process optimisation

  • A proactive problem-solver who can coach, influence, and implement change across teams

  • Excellent communication and project management skills
