Job summary
Sopra Steria, within its Aerospace, Defence and Security sector, is seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst to bridge business needs and SAP logistics solutions in an Agile team. The role focuses on eliciting requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria while coordinating with product owners, developers and end users.
Based in the UK with flexible hybrid working, the position involves travel to Bristol, Chester and other client sites.
Qualifications
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements into user stories and specs.
- Techno-functional analysis of SAP logistics applications and impact assessment.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing.
- Knowledge of SAP Logistics modules; EWM preferred.
- Willingness to travel to UK client sites.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze and document business requirements, translating to user stories, functional specs and acceptance criteria.
- Perform techno-functional analysis of SAP logistics applications and assess changes.
- Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning and release planning.
- Coordinate integration testing and support UAT, including defect investigation.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to validate solutions against requirements.
- Investigate production incidents and contribute to continuous improvement.
