Job summary

VANRATH is recruiting for a high-tech production operator in Belfast. The role involves assembling delicate components with precision, following detailed instructions, and maintaining strict quality controls within a collaborative team environment.

You will inspect components, complete production records, and support troubleshooting as needed. A minimum of 2 years in a similar setting and strong manual dexterity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English (Grade C or above).
• At least 2 years' relevant experience in a high-tech production environment, ideally electronics or mechanical.
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling delicate components.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• IT literate and capable of following detailed procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble delicate components with high precision and care.
• Follow detailed assembly, testing, and alignment instructions to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct quality inspections of incoming components before assembly.
• Complete production records accurately and adhere to strict process controls.
• Support troubleshooting and optimisation procedures as needed.

Salary/Benefits

• Competitive pay rates depending on experience
