Overview

Rullion are currently recruiting for the following role for one of our leading Energy clients: Late Shift Support Removal Technician. ASAP Start. Location: Worcester, UK. Duration: initially 6 months +. Inside IR35. Rate: £15.34 per hour. Hours: Monday to Thursday 2.30pm–11.30pm; Friday 2.30pm–6.00pm. PPE provided by client.

About our client: They are a world leader in the industrial application of laser additive layer manufacturing of metals, with a current fleet of 24 AM machines. They are committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and are looking for a dedicated Support Remover to join their team. Plenty opportunities within the business which is a huge great point as well as chance for temporary to permanent.

Responsibilities
  • Remove support structures from 3D printed parts with precision and care.
  • Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Use hand tools and machinery to clean and finish parts.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
  • Experience with 3D printing and support/Feed removal is preferred.
  • Grit blasting experience desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
