Job summary

Heartwood Learning Trust is seeking a School Technician (Science) to join our team and provide essential technical support to the Science department. You will prepare materials, set up equipment for class practical sessions, and maintain resources to ensure smooth and safe lessons.

Under the Line Manager: Director of Learning - Science, you will coordinate practical resources and assist staff across the department, contributing to a high standard of science education within our trust.

Job description

We seek to appoint a School Technician (Science) to provide technical support services to the Science team, including the preparation of materials, setting up of equipment for class practical sessions and maintaining equipment for use. This role will work, under the direction of the designated person to coordinate the use of practical resources and and provide assistance to the Science Department.
