Qualifications

  • Experience as a Diagnostic Level Technician, preferably with Porsche or luxury brands.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems: engines, transmissions, electrical systems.
  • Full driving license with a clean record.

Basic up to £48,000 depending on experience and skillset, PLUS saved Bonus, overtime paid at time and a half, excellent benefits and your own personalized training plan!

44 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5.30pm, Friday 8am to 4.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays

As a Porsche Technician you will be responsible for delivering the finest quality craftsmanship, working on some of the most technologically advanced, prestigious and high-performance vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining Porsche vehicles to the highest standard. You will work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do

As a Porsche Technician you will be responsible for delivering the finest quality craftsmanship, working on some of the most technologically advanced, prestigious, and high-performance vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining Porsche vehicles to the highest standard. You will work with cutting-edge technology and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on all Porsche models using manufacturer‑specific tools and systems.
  • Carry out repairs, maintenance, and service work with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues, ensuring full functionality of the vehicle.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure accurate and timely completion of repair orders.
  • Conduct test drives to verify repairs and ensure vehicle performance standards are met.
  • Stay updated on the latest Porsche technologies, diagnostic tools, and industry trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to apprentice technicians when required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all repairs and diagnostics performed.
What you will need
  • NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology and a City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a Diagnostic Level Technician, preferably with Porsche or luxury performance brands
  • Strong knowledge vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, suspension, electrical systems, and software.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and related tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
  • Full driving license with a clean driving record.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for working with high-performance vehicles.
