The Role

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Petroleum Service Technician to join our Southeastern team in NORTH CAROLINA. The technician's role involves diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical issues, installing software and hardware, and performing emergency and scheduled repairs and maintenance. This is a long-term position with a growing company. Must be willing to relocate to North Carolina and have industry experience.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair customer equipment effectively.
  • Provide stellar customer service in a professional manner.
  • Perform repairs and scheduled maintenance promptly.
  • Follow safety rules and guidelines.
  • Maintain truck inventory and supplies.
  • Keep the truck clean, hazard-free, and perform scheduled maintenance on the vehicle.
  • Submit neat and proper paperwork detailing repairs and parts used.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and coworkers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a petroleum service technician.
  • High School diploma/GED.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
