We are seeking an experienced and qualified technician to join our team at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Swindon. The role involves maintaining customer vehicles to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. • Hold a Level 3 (NVQ, City and Guilds, or IMI) qualification in LCV Vehicle Repair and Maintenance.
• Possess a full UK driving license for relevant vehicle classes.
• Can identify worn or faulty components per DVSA standards.
• Have excellent communication skills (email, phone, face-to-face).
• Have practical workshop experience.
• Can operate all modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
• Have good administrative skills.
• Can complete customer documentation within set timeframes.
• Are team players with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• Have experience with wheel alignment, diagnostics, and repairs.
