We are seeking an experienced and qualified technician to join our team at our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Swindon. The role involves maintaining customer vehicles to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service and uphold our commitment to excellence.

  • Can identify worn or faulty components per DVSA standards.
  • Have excellent communication skills (email, phone, face-to-face).
  • Have practical workshop experience.
  • Can operate all modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
  • Have good administrative skills.
  • Can complete customer documentation within set timeframes.
  • Are team players with a positive attitude and flexibility.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have experience with wheel alignment, diagnostics, and repairs.
