Job summary

TÜV SÜD in Fareham is looking for engineering talent to support testing and evaluation tasks. This full-time role requires a basic understanding of IT and Electronics with an emphasis on using RF test equipment. Qualifications

  • Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum/network analyzer, oscilloscope, signal generator, etc.
  • Engineering experience in a test based role.
  • Networking experience specifically for AIS / Radar role.

Responsibilities

  • Support testing and evaluation within engineering functions.
  • Utilize RF equipment to analyze and resolve issues.
  • Work independently on tasks and projects.

What are we looking for?

A desire to learn new skills and willing to understand new disciplines

Basic understanding of IT and/or Electronics

Ability to work independently and be proactive

In addition to the above criteria, for an Engineer level role we would also require one or more of the following:

Experience of using RF test equipment such as spectrum/network analyser, oscilloscope, signal generator, RF power meter etc.

Engineering experience in a test based role

Networking experience specifically needed for AIS / Radar role
