Job description

Diagnostic Technician - Audi Oxford

Salary: £44,699 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

The Role

As a Diagnostic Technician, you will join a team supporting a popular brand at our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training will be provided, with ongoing updates through manufacturer and Marshall Academy training.

Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
  • A team player familiar with operating within set processes and procedures
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician with industry-recognized qualifications (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered)
  • Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential
  • Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
  • Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software
Responsibilities
  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work as per brand standards
  • Completing job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
  • Performing electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Supporting Apprentice Technicians as needed
