Brief Description

You’ll help keep our nation moving every day by supporting essential maintenance of the rail network. As a technician, you'll work outdoors in a team, ensuring safety and smooth operation of the railway. No prior rail experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to develop your skills and ensure safe working practices.

About The Role

You’ll specialize in maintaining, inspecting, and repairing the track network (P-Way). This manual role involves working with rails, sleepers, ballast, drainage, and structures, often in challenging conditions and near moving trains. Safety, teamwork, and adherence to rules are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team, ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Work safely in all weather conditions, following safety protocols.
• Transport equipment and work across challenging terrains.
• Challenge unsafe practices and promote safety standards.
