  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).

Service Technician - Audi Wimbledon

Salary: £39,772 Basic plus OTE £48,638 Uncapped, based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus.

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis.

The role:

As a skilled technician, you will join a team supporting a popular brand in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, so brand experience is not necessary. Ongoing manufacturer-specific training and our Marshall Academy will keep your skills up-to-date with the latest technology.

Who you are:

  • Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently.
  • A team player comfortable following set processes and procedures.
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognized qualification, ideally Level 3, but Level 2 will be considered (IMI, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
  • Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety.
  • Tech-savvy and confident using iPad software.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform servicing and maintenance on all vehicles across the brand.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work within brand parameters.
  • Carry out vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes.
  • Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms.
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
  • Support Apprentice Technicians as needed.
