Technician 3

Rate: £25.15/Hr through UMB

Location: Holyhead LL65 3NY

Contract: 18 Days - Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:30

Job Description:

• Candidate must have SC Clearance or be willing to obtain it; must hold a UK passport.
• Migration setup and refresh clinics.
• Move the required quantity of devices as instructed by the contractor engineer and site manager from onsite storage to the refresh clinic.
• Login to systems as required using devices provided by the contractor's engineer and site manager.
• Refresh laptops and collect existing devices from users, handing over new devices according to the migration schedule and project processes.
• Handover and collect the correct number of devices in accordance with the migration schedule.
• Update the contractor's workflow management system at all relevant steps.
• Report issues from migration activities promptly to the contractor engineer and site manager.
• Escalate unresolved issues to an onsite post-migration support engineer.
• Conduct manual stock checks daily and report findings.
• Place collected devices in their original packaging, marking boxes for 'disposal' or 'refurbishment' as appropriate.
• At the end of each day, move all devices and equipment to the onsite storage location.
