About the role

As a Tech 2 with expertise in the IT industry, you will collaborate with our client's Technical department and be responsible for IT support.

Role Details:

• Join our expanding mobile team as a driven and enthusiastic individual.
• Work as part of a team and independently to support key clients with IT solutions.
• This is a mobile role requiring your own vehicle to travel throughout the Cardiff/Newport region.
• Willingness to undergo government and customer clearances is essential.
• Availability to be part of an on-call rota if required.
• Hardware break-fix experience is preferable but training will be provided.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products, including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365, is essential.
• Good customer-facing skills and communication are crucial.
