Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble research and development products and flight hardware to precise specifications.
• Conduct rigorous testing of products, including functional, electrical, vibration, shock, TVAC, and RF testing.
• Develop and document Manufacturing Assembly Procedures (MAPs) and Test Procedures.
• Perform detailed inspections of machined parts using in-house metrology equipment.
• Collaborate with the Product Assurance team to define and document qualified MAIT processes.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Strong engineering knowledge and experience in assembling precision components.
• Proficiency in using metrology equipment for detailed inspections.
• Practical and theoretical expertise in MAIT, including testing methods like vibration, shock, TVAC, and electrical bonding/isolation.
• Proven experience using assembly procedures and interpreting detailed engineering drawings, surface finishes, tolerances, and materials.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
