Premier Work Support is seeking a Temporary to Permanent Technician for their client in Sidcup. Job description

Premier Work Support is currently recruiting for a Temporary to Permenant Technician for our prestigious client based in the Sidcup area.

As the Technician, you will have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be provided extensive training to ensure you become familiar with the products the client installs and can troubleshoot any problems that may arise.

Responsibilites:

* Delivery/ collection for hospital stock
* Install, remove, service, refurbish, diagnose and repair all products
* Prepare stock ready for dispatch/ collection/ deliver
* Ability to problem solve
* Assist in quarterly/ annual stock takes where necessary
* Ensure that all relevant paperwork is up to date and accurate
* Assist the customer service and sales team with technical queries when require
* Offer technical support over the phone when needed
* Responsible for looking after the van in terms of paperwork and identifying when the van has a fault/ service due/ tyres needed
* Technical training internally/ externally as and when required
* Operating safely within Health & Safety Guidelines
* Deliver agreed expectations
* Undertake reasonable requests from the management team
* Diagnose and repair all systems maintained and procured
* Diagnose and repair all systems on customer site (post training)
* Accurately record stock taken for repairs/ servicing
* Accurately record and track customer repairs
* Assist where necessary in decon & general cleaning/ preparation of stock
* Undertake any other duties directed by management
* LOLER Testing & Servicing of Hoists

Hours of Work:

* Full Time
* Monday to Friday
* 8.30AM - 5PM
* Overtime will be available.
