As a Technician , you’ll be part of a structured development programme, working across various highways disciplines. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in areas like highway design, construction, traffic management, and strategic transport planning. From using CAD software to delivering real‑world projects, you’ll be making a difference from day one.
You’ll be enrolled on the Level 4 Civil Engineering Senior Technician Apprenticeship (ST0046) . This course typically runs for 36 months and includes:
One day per week release to attend college in Leeds
A blend of classroom learning and practical application
Development of technical knowledge in design, surveying, construction, and project delivery
