This is a role responsible for producing Help Guides and Release Notes for the Orderwise product releases.
Responsibilities
To create & maintain appropriate help guides for the Orderwise software being tested
To review and amend Release Notes for each Orderwise Release to ensure they are complete and of the required standard
Liaise with QA Engineers and Software Engineers to understand the nature of changes/new features so they can be documented appropriately in the Help Guides and Release Notes
Liaise with QA Engineers and Software Engineers when required to ensure issues are understood, effectively recorded and communicated to ensure a satisfactory resolution
Participate in appropriate training activities and encourage and support other colleagues in their development and training
Suggest ways to improve existing processes within the QA team

Mandatory

Hands-on experience in using authoring software tools, ideally MadCap Flare
Working knowledge of Git-based source code repositories
Working knowledge of SQL
