The Technical Writer Service Engineering for Cytiva is supporting our ongoing development programs for both new and legacy products. The Technical Writer will be a critical team member working cross-functionally in supporting new product development and legacy instrumentation in documentation. To improve standardization and quality compliance the role will migrate technical documents delivered from the Global Service Readiness Engineers (GSRE) into our standard formats and support the release according to our processes. There will also be a heavy involvement in our internal improvement initiatives within the GSRE team.

This position is part of the Global Service Readiness Engineering Team located in Portsmouth, UK, and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Ensure quality and technical accuracy of content and compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO, GdP, EHS, cGMP etc.) Support standardization of our documentation according to field service needs and quality compliance requirements. Finalize service-related documents with technical content provided by the GSRE.Support document change requests in collaboration with GSRE.Supporting and monitoring all document releases and updates on our several platforms.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree in Engineering, LifeScience or Language processing or 2 years of relevant work experience.Effective communication skills and boundless behavior with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely Experience of working in project teams meeting deadlines and deliverables Familiar with ISO/cGMP/GdP quality systems related to design control and product release requirements and audits Fluent speaking and excellent writing in English language

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Customer-oriented attitude with effective communication skills Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly Experience with Document Management Systems and/or Component Management Systems would be an advantage.
