About the role

We’re pleased to share an exciting permanent opportunity for a Technical Writer to help us craft winning proposals that showcase the very best of Zellis’ market-leading technology and services.

This is your chance to own the software functionality side of our responses to customer questions, work across all industries and customer sizes, and collaborate with teams right across the Zellis Group and our partners. You’ll bring our solutions to life through your technical writing or pre-sales expertise, translating complex system functionality into clear, compelling solutions that wow our customers.

Skills & experience

  • We’re looking for someone:
    • With a background in Technical Writing or Pre-Sales (preferred).
    • Who can translate complex tech into simple, persuasive language.
    • Who will thrive when collaborating and building relationships.
    • Who has experience in bid response technology (AI skills/experience is a BIG plus!).
    • With a continuous improvement mindset.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Shaping how Zellis is seen by potential customers.
    • Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.
    • Influencing our future product roadmap.
    • Being a key player in high-impact bids that win new business.
    • Updating and maintaining our ever-growing internal AI library.
