Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a leading manufacturer, who are looking to welcome a Technical Welding Advisor & Trainer into the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly experienced in Aluminothermic Welding and is eager to move away from shift work into a technical days-based role and be provided extensive training and development to become a qualified trainer in Aluminothermic Welding.

As the Technical Welding Advisor & Trainer, you will be:

  1. Provide customer support on all welding products
  2. Global travel for client visits throughout the year (approx 50% travel across UK and globally)
  3. Provide technical assistance in process development
  4. Provide technical advice on problem-solving matters where necessary
  5. Manage all activities in the training centre
  6. Keep training records and procedures up to date
  7. Assist with audit protocols throughout the year

To be considered for the Technical Welding Advisor & Trainer role, you will need:

  1. PLA Welder Certification is ESSENTIAL
  2. Thermit Welder Certification is desirable but not essential
  3. Weld inspection WI1 is desirable but not essential
  4. PTS AC&DCCR Certification
  5. Full driving license
  6. Available to travel across the UK & worldwide
