The role of Audit Training Assistant Manager is a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute to the development of the next generation of auditors at RSM, as well as building your own skill sets that will benefit you as your career advances.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis and can be based out of one of our local offices. Delivery of training is predominantly online, but occasionally in person. Therefore, there is a requirement to be able to travel anywhere nationally. Substantial advance notice of all travel requirements is generally given.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Delivering engaging and innovative audit training courses in both classroom and digital formats
  • Designing and developing training content that aligns with RSM’s audit strategy and regulatory standards
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across audit teams to ensure training meets professional and technical requirements
  • Coordinating blended learning programmes that incorporate both in-person and online elements
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit training initiatives, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful
