Job summary

Dunwall Partners Ltd in Peterborough seeks a Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and continually improve training programmes for employees and customers. The role combines strong technical background with a passion for developing others and ensuring operators and technicians are competent.

Based mainly in Peterborough with UK-wide travel, you will create materials, run sessions, maintain training records, and keep content up to date with product advances.

Qualifications

• Background in a specialist vehicle, agricultural, or similar technical field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Hands-on diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of machinery.
• Experience delivering training across operator to technical levels.
• Producing technical documentation and training materials.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training programmes aligned with business needs and individual development plans.
• Collaborate with the Management Team to identify training objectives.
• Create high-quality training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, manuals, handouts, and eLearning content.
• Deliver training on operation, programming, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Act as a subject matter expert in digital systems and telematics, including customer support.
