Job description

We've partnered with a Global IT Training & Consulting firm in the IT Channel & Enablement industry, seeking to recruit more Technical Trainers for their team.

As a Trainer, you'll work with clients and IT businesses to enhance their teams' skills with the necessary tools, technologies, and knowledge for success.

You will deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars to Technical, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams within these organizations.

We're looking for a Trainer who enjoys learning about new technologies and sharing knowledge effectively.

What you'll be doing:

1. Stay updated with the latest IT technologies and solutions.
2. Deliver training sessions to Technical, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams.
3. Collaborate with the media team as a technical subject matter expert in developing video and online content.
4. Conduct sessions ranging from quick online tutorials to multi-day in-person training across Europe, with occasional trips to North America.
5. Contribute to shaping course structures and training materials.

Requirements:

• Previous training experience (Trainer, Instructor, Teacher, Lecturer, Training Consultant, Educator, or Technical Consultant).
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT and the ability to simplify complex information for less technical audiences.
• Experience with HP, HPE (Hewlett-Packard), and/or Microsoft IT.
• Solid knowledge of server architectures, operating systems, and networking.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Training can be delivered virtually or in person, potentially in Thames Valley, across Europe, or further afield. There are opportunities to travel globally.

Trainers typically spend about 2 days a week in the Thames Valley office, with flexible arrangements.

Salary is up to £80,000, and this is a full-time permanent position.
