Who We're Looking For

What you'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging technical training on the operation and maintenance of the Royal Navy’s Trident Strategic Weapon System (SWS).
• Supporting both practical and theoretical training for the Royal Navy and industry partners at the Trident Training Facility.
• Mentoring and guiding trainees, ensuring high standards of learning outcomes.
• Reviewing and updating training documentation.
• Working flexible shifts to support training programs.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety legislation, company policies, and Trident Programme standards.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

Degree or hands-on experience in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanics, or Physics.

Strong communication and presentation skills—confidence in delivering training is key!

A motivated, adaptable, and reliable approach to work.
