Loxone UK recherche un Technical Trainer pour rejoindre son équipe au Royaume-Uni. Are you an experienced electrical trainer, commissioning engineer, or systems expert who enjoys helping others succeed?

We’re looking for a Technical Trainer to join our high-performing UK team and deliver smart home and building automation training. In this role, you’ll help electrical, heating, security, and networking professionals become confident Loxone installers. You’ll be based primarily at our UK HQ in Theale, delivering in-person training sessions, hosting webinars, and creating engaging educational content.

Full training is provided on our product ecosystem, including a structured 3-week onboarding programme at our international HQ in Austria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging in-person training at our seminar facility in Theale, Reading (and occasionally at off-site locations)
• Support and coach installers from electrical, HVAC, security, and IT backgrounds
• Host webinars and create bite-sized how-to videos for ongoing learning
• Continuously improve training material and digital resources
• Represent Loxone at industry events, workshops and seminars

Qualifications

• Electrically competent with working knowledge of Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
• Strong technical aptitude across hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of IP networking, including routers, firewalls, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi-Fi
• Confident communicator, comfortable delivering training or presentations
• Passion for smart homes, building automation, and new technology
• Experience delivering technical training or mentoring is advantageous
• Qualifications in electrical, building automation, or a related discipline are a plus
• Full UK driving licence and valid passport (occasional travel required)
