The day-to-day of this role includes delivering technical and operator training, creating and updating training materials, supporting customers with technical advice, organising training programmes, maintaining training records, and assisting with warranty support, product updates and technical documentation. You'll also become the go-to expert for the company's digital systems and telematics.

The ideal candidate will come from a technical engineering background working on specialist vehicles, agricultural machinery, plant, HGVs or similar equipment. You'll have strong electrical, hydraulic and mechanical knowledge andexcellent communication skills.

The role:

• Technical Trainer (Specialist Vehicles)
• Deliver technical and operator training to engineers and customers
• Create training materials and provide technical support
• Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
• Site-based in Peterborough with travel to customer sites

The person:

• Background working on specialist vehicles, agricultural, plant or HGV equipment
• Strong electrical, hydraulic and mechanical knowledge
• Experience with diagnostics, servicing and repairs
• Confident presenter with strong communication skills
• Well organised and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Based in or near Peterborough
