Technical team Manager£Up to £48,000 GBP+ Bonus & PackageOnsite WORKINGLocation: United Kingdom (Greater London) Type: PermanentTechnical Team ManagerLocation: Greater London (on-site, 5 days per week)Up to £48,000 + PackageAbout the Role:We're looking for an experienced Technical Team Manager to lead a team of 11, ranging from junior support staff to senior engineers across support, networking, and infrastructure disciplines. You'll focus on performance management, workflow allocation, customer interaction, and supporting senior leadership by assessing team performance and identifying improvement opportunities.While a deep hands-on technical background isn't required, you must be able to understand and communicate effectively about technologies such as Microsoft/Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, and common network equipment (Cisco, Juniper).
