Job Title: Technical Team Leader – IT & EPOS Workshop

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £180 - £200 per day (inside IR35)

Job Type: Full time Contract Opportunity, monthly rolling

Our commitment to excellence drives us to continually improve our offerings, and we are now looking for a skilled and dedicated Technical Team Leader to join our dynamic IT and EPOS workshop team.

Role Overview:

As the Technical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workshop team, ensuring high-quality service delivery for IT and EPOS systems. You will lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support, while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This is a key role within the organisation, requiring technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of technicians in an IT and EPOS workshop environment.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for IT systems and EPOS hardware/software.
3. Oversee the repair, maintenance, and installation of IT and EPOS systems for clients.
4. Ensure the team meets performance targets, service levels, and deadlines.
5. Manage the prioritisation of work orders, ensuring efficient workflow and timely resolutions.
6. Maintain inventory and manage the ordering of necessary parts and equipment for repairs.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in IT and EPOS systems.

Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a technical leadership role within an IT or EPOS environment.
2. Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and EPOS solutions.
3. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
4. Strong leadership and team management experience.
5. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

1. £180 - £200 per day (inside IR35, these rates are the umbrella company rate subject to deductions)
2. Day time working hours – Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
