Job summary

TPP, a UK-based digital health leader in Leeds, seeks a technically minded Technical System Administrator to maintain and upgrade enterprise server and storage hardware. You will support office devices across Windows, iOS, MacOS, and Android, manage vulnerability scanning with Nessus, and automate software rollouts using Ninite and PDQ.

The role offers opportunities to travel internationally, contribute to cyber security accreditation, and work with the Technical Operations team on future

Qualifications

• Achieved / Predicted 2:1 or above in a degree of any discipline or 1 year working in a 2nd Line IT Support role.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining enterprise server and storage hardware.
• Providing internal support for office hardware (Windows, iOS, MacOS, Android).
• Vulnerability management using Nessus scanning tools.
• Automating software rollout using Ninite/PDQ.
• Configuring and monitoring antivirus and MDM.
• Firewall and switch configuration, patching and upgrades.
• Audit and achieve cyber security accreditation.
• Manage video conferencing and enterprise phone systems.
• Monitor resource availability and scalability, including CPU and storage.
• Keep IT systems aligned with business needs and test new tech.
