Job summary

Construo is seeking a skilled Technical Surveyor to join its specialist roofing and cladding team in Clitheroe, delivering surveyed data from initial site surveys through to design coordination.

You will produce technical layouts, coordinate drawings, and manage material procurement for UK projects, ensuring accurate delivery and strong client support with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Measured surveys of roofing and cladding projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Coordinating construction drawings and material schedules.
• Strong IT skills including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out detailed measured surveys of roofing and cladding projects across the UK.
• Producing accurate survey notes, sketches and photographic records.
• Translating survey information into technical system layouts and material schedules.
• Coordinating construction drawings with the design team and reviewing drawings prior to issue.
• Liaising with manufacturers, suppliers and project teams to develop technical solutions.
• Producing material schedules and placing orders to meet project programmes.
• Providing technical support to site teams throughout installation.
• Attending site visits and design meetings to resolve technical queries.
• Managing project documentation, drawing registers and procurement records.
• Supporting quality assurance, warranty applications and continuous technical improvement.
