Our client, who deliver a comprehensive selection of products and practical solutions in the landscaping, ground maintenance, fleet management, agriculture and farming, across the UK and Ireland, are seeking a Technical Support & Training Manager in the Operations division. The role will be based in Cambridgeshire, with some travel to customer sites.
You will lead and co-ordinate the product support activities of all Divisions in the UK, whilst enhancing focus on customer aftermarket support.
The job purpose is to enhance and to continue to develop the dealer network and service providers to optimum standards in supporting the needs of the end user customers. To develop initiatives and strategies for the delivery of high standards of customer support and services in line with SLA document and commitments.
