The Role of the Technical Support Specialist:

  • Our client is a leading UK distributor of advanced life science research products.
  • Provide scientific technical support and build strong customer relationships.
  • Engage with customers to resolve pre- and post-sale technical inquiries.
  • Support human blood, biospecimen, and custom research services quoting and support.
  • Manage inbound enquiry queues via telephone and email.
