Technical Support Specialist (Chemistry)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in product development. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in Chemistry, with proven lab experience and technical support skills.

As the team’s latest Technical Support Specialist, you will provide support pre and post sales for customers, as well as contribute to R&D product testing environments for complex scientific equipment. You will be responsible for identifying & troubleshooting technical problems and resolving these issues.

This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with a BSc in Chemistry and several years of hands-on lab experience looking to try something new! If you also have any customer-facing or service experience, this would be a great benefit.
