About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Technical Support & Product Development Chemist to join a growing manufacturing business based in Warrington. This is a varied and hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across product development, technical support, quality improvement, and customer-facing activities. You will play a key role in developing and improving products, investigating technical challenges, supporting customers, and collaborating with internal departments to drive continuous improvement. This position would suit a chemistry graduate with industry experience, or an experienced laboratory professional looking to take the next step within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, reformulation, and testing of products from concept through to commercialisation.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate product performance issues and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct laboratory testing, analysis, and product evaluations.
