At Bridgend County Borough Council, we're transforming the way we manage our property estate. We manage a diverse property portfolio, from schools to industrial estates and from care homes to market stalls. The successful candidate will ensure that all reactive & planned maintenance works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

You will be enthusiastic about new and innovative decarbonisation approaches to schemes as the team develops new skills to help the Council reduce its carbon footprint.
