This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about IT (degree, college, boot camp, personal development) and with a customer-facing background (customer service, hospitality, retail) to start their career in IT/Technology, transition to a new career path, or advance into a more progressive role.

Our client considers all backgrounds as long as you speak fluent French and English and can demonstrate your passion for IT (through study, work experience, etc.). You must enjoy customer interaction and supporting customers in resolving IT challenges. This role is similar to first-line technical support and requires strong communication, relationship-building, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and fluency in French, as the customers are French-speaking.

Suitable backgrounds include:

  • Essential: Fluent French & English language skills, written and spoken
  • Motivated, driven, and hardworking individuals willing to work at the Reading Head Office daily
  • Anyone with relevant language skills and a customer-facing background (call centre, customer service, retail, hospitality)
  • Previous experience in technical support, IT support, or help desk roles is advantageous
